HOME & SCHOOL EVENTS
The Home and School Events Committee plays a key role in building school spirit and strengthening community ties. This committee oversees and supports the planning and coordination of major events such as the Back to School Picnic, Fall Festival, Breakfast with Santa, Teacher Appreciation, and Parent Coffees. In addition to organizing these traditions, the committee helps ensure that each event runs smoothly, encourages parent involvement, and creates meaningful opportunities for families, teachers, and students to connect outside the classroom.
EXTRACURRICULARS
The Extracurriculars Committee supports and coordinates programs and activities that enrich student life beyond the classroom. The committee is organized into subcommittees—Creative Arts Guild (CAG), Booster Club, and After School Activities—which provide opportunities for parents to share their talents and expertise while enhancing student experiences in the arts, athletics, and other interests.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The Community Engagement Committee fosters connection within our school while also welcoming new and prospective families. The committee supports the New Parent Mentorship program, works with Homeroom Parents, and leads initiatives in Diversity and International outreach. It also coordinates community service opportunities beyond OLPH, helping families live out our mission to Know, Love, and Serve.
