OLPH awards tuition assistance using a needs-based evaluation (FACTS Grant & Aid online application) for Catholic families who could not otherwise afford to attend. Families are required to apply each school year and submit the required tax documentation by the deadline in order to be considered for tuition assistance. There is a $40 application fee due at the time of application submission. Catholic families must also submit a completed Parish Affiliation Form signed by their pastor in order to apply for tuition assistance.
STEP 1
Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application by clicking on the button below. The online application opens in October, and takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. We suggest starting the application and uploading your prior year federal tax return as soon as possible. Applications and tax forms must be submitted by December 30.
STEP 2
Once your application is verified, which can take up to two weeks, our tuition coordinator Christina Bello will contact you for a brief review and interview. Should you have question before the interview please contact her at belloc@myndhs365.com
STEP 3
Tuition assistance award letters will be mailed in early March.
ESA & EFS Programs
